1. Always Use the Correct Recline Angle
Premature babies must stay in a deep recline to keep their airway open. Our capsules have clear angle indicators — we set this correctly during installation.
2. Use the Full Newborn Insert
Never remove the head snuggler or insert until your baby has outgrown it. It helps prevent slumping and provides vital head and neck support.
3. Check Harness Tension Frequently
The harness should be snug — you should only be able to fit one finger between the strap and your baby’s collarbone. Check every trip.
4. Short Trips First
Start with short car journeys. Stop regularly to check on your baby. Never leave them unattended in the car.
5. Top Tether Must Be Used
