This service is first class. Anthony was so helpful, he fitted our car seat perfectly- it was just brilliant for our new 6 month granddaughter on her first visit to Melbourne with her parents. Gave us full confidence to show the family the region. Also saved us having to buy a car seat that might have been used a handful of times at best. We have used this service twice. Anthony was punctual on delivery and collection of the capsule. Installation was safe, secure and efficient. Upon collection I was able to organise for Anthony to move my older child’s seat to the other side of the back seat and changed to reverse facing for my baby and a new seat was installed for my toddler, all in line with safety requirements, this was done very well. We highly recommend this service!

Anthony took all the stress out of capsule and car seat installation. We hired a capsule with an extra base for our second car which made it easy to switch between cars. Our baby has had many a great nap in the baby capsule and it has been so handy. We purchased adapters for our pram separately which meant we could easily take sleeping baby in the capsule from home to car to pram without waking him up! Today Anthony came andtook out the capsule bases and installed the baby seat quickly and efficiently. He showed me how it all works and made it all so simple and stress free! Anthony came to our house, installed the seat and made sure I had a practice using it. He took me through the different settings so I could adjust the seat as the baby grew. He was extremely mindful of safety. He even suggested the next car seat to buy for my two year old. I needed to move up the return date for the seat as my baby grew out of it a few weeks early and he promptly organised a time to pick up. Would highly recommend this service.

Great baby capsule hire. I found brighton Bay capsule hire to be the best value and the capsule was in perfect condition when I received it. Probably the best service involved having delivery and install of the capsule and then pick up at the end of the hire period included for free as part of the hire.
