Collection & Inspection
We collect your booster seat from your home or you drop it off. We inspect for damage, wear, and suitability for cleaning.

Thorough Vacuuming & Pre-Clean
All crumbs, dust, and debris are removed from every crevice, seams, and hard surfaces.

Fabric Removal & Deep Cleaning
Covers are removed (where possible) and washed, steamed, and spot-treated for stains.

Sanitising & Disinfecting
All surfaces, buckles, and harnesses are sanitised using baby-safe, hospital-grade products.

Reassembly & Quality Check
Seat is fully reassembled, checked for safety, and given a final inspection.

Return or Delivery
Cleaned and sanitised booster is returned to you or delivered back to your door.

Important Cleaning Requirements
What to Prepare
- Remove all loose items (toys, blankets, etc.)
- Include all inserts, pads and head pillows
- Bring the booster base and any accessories/straps
- It is not necessary to remove the straps
What We Cannot Clean
- Seats with excessive mould or mildew
- Frayed webbing, damaged harnesses or cracked plastic
- Expired, pre-2004 or non-approved seats
- Seats involved in an accident
These seats must be replaced for your child’s safety.
All cleaning uses baby-safe, non-toxic products and follows manufacturer guidelines. If your seat cannot be safely cleaned, we will advise you and offer suitable replacement hire options.
