Your Baby Capsule hire should be done using the Melbourne Baby Capsule Booking form at least 6 weeks prior to the birth of your child and the installation is done at least 2 weeks prior to the birth unless your doctor has indicated there is a scheduled c section.

Please fill in all the required fields and include as much information as possible. If you need an additional base please indicate this, if you are having twins please include this information
