Hiring is a better options as the hire cost is only $130 for 4 months (britax unity) to either $120 for Maxi Cosi AP or $140 for a Mico Plus. this include free delivery, pickup and installation,
Yes, at Travel Safe Baby capsule hire we inspect all returned capsules for any indication of damage or stress on the capsule. If you are involved in an accident, the capsule is destroyed and replaced.
IF your baby is a premmie / low birth weight, a capsule is highly recommended. For most mums, the capsule is a great help as you do not disturb bubs when they are sleeping. Helping you rest while bubs sleeps.

Yes a $50 security deposit is required. This is a non refundable deposit taken off the hire cost

Cancellations by the Hiree must be in writing or electronic means, Should you provide notice of at least 7 days and not less than 72 hours notice from your hire commencement date, we will provide you a 50% refund of all monies paid excluding the deposit. The refund will be via the same method you have paid us. Should you require a refund please contact us on 0466 99 7233 or via email.
A 100% refund of hire fees (excluding the deposit) will be given if you cancel your order giving more than 7 days notice.
No refund will be given when 72 hours or less cancellation notice has been given. Any delivery charges (if applicable) will be refunded.
There are no refunds if products are returned early. Delivery fees and services 100% refund – only applies to hired product.

At Travel Safe Capsule Hire, we install your baby capsule / baby car seat for free when the hire period is 4 months or more.
The normal car seat fitting cost is $45. Unlike many other hire companies we are Professional Accredited Child Restraint Technicians, trained by the ACRI(Australian Child Restraint Resource Initiative).
Yes, after the initial 3, 4 or 6 month hire period the hire period can be extended at the rate of $15 per week or $40 per month.
Yes Travel Safe Capsule hire is Insured for the hire of baby equipment and the installation of child car restraints.
At Travel Safe Capsule Hire, all our equipment is purchased new. All out equipment is less than 8 years of age and is checked and maintained on a regular basis.
The covers of the capsule/car seat must be washed prior to pick up. It is not required to re-assemble the baby car seat / capsule.
Should any item be returned uncleaned and require an excessive amount of cleaning, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.
At Travel Safe Capsule Hire we only hire out the Best Car seats and capsules.

Should you be involved in any type of car accident; you need to inform us of what has happened. We will replace your car child restraint with another capsule/car seat should it be required. Additionally you will also need to complete a statutory declaration; declaring the restraint has been involved in an accident. Where Police have attend the accident, a copy of the police report is required.
Orders can be made by completing the online booking form. Travel Safe Capsule Hire will confirm your booking once the security deposit has been taken.
If the product is stolen you will need to supply us with a written police report. If the product was not adequately secured in a locked vehicle or home, we will charge you the replacement cost of a new item.
